Please note that parking fines are not issued by us and are therefore not registered in our system. If you lost your fine, it is recommended that you contact the parking operator that issued it.
If you are unsure which operator issued the fine, you can check your parking history in the app and identify the parking operator by clicking on the parking and the parking operator name should appear under the name of the area.
Once you receive a copy of the fine, you can follow the instructions on the fine to make a claim if you wish to make a claim.
