How do I check why I received the fine?
Let's investigate what happened:
- Check your EasyPark app: Open the app and look at your recent parking sessions.
- Was there an active parking session when you received the fine?
- Did the license plate number and zone number match?
- Look at the fine itself: The reason for the fine is usually printed on the ticket. The name of the organization that issued it (such as the municipality or a parking company) will also be there.
- Still unsure? Contact the parking operator directly: You can usually find their contact information on the back or bottom of the fine.
