If a parking session starts in your EasyPark app for a vehicle you no longer own, this means that camera parking is still enabled for that vehicle in your account.
Camera parking automatically starts a parking session in the account where it is activated, regardless of who is driving the vehicle.
How to Prevent This from Happening Again
To avoid future parking sessions for sold vehicles:
Disable camera parking for any vehicles you no longer own
Remove sold vehicles from your vehicle list in the EasyPark app
Once a vehicle is removed, you will no longer be charged for that vehicle
Important Information About Ongoing Parking Sessions
Removing a sold vehicle does not stop an ongoing camera parking session
The session will end automatically when the vehicle exits the parking area
Refunds for Parking on a Sold Vehicle
Please ensure your vehicle list is always up to date.
Parking sessions started for vehicles you no longer own are non-refundable
This policy applies to all sessions, whether ongoing or ended
Refunds cannot be issued even if the parking was started automatically
We strongly recommend disabling camera parking and removing sold vehicles immediately after the vehicle is sold.
Camera Parking Terms & Conditions
