Parking fines are not issued by us and are therefore not registered in our system.
What should I do if I lost my parking fine?
We recommend that you contact the parking operator that issued the fine.
How do I find out which parking operator issued the fine?
You can check your parking history in the EasyPark app:
Tap on the specific parking session.
The parking operator name will appear directly under the name of the area.
How do I appeal or make a claim once I get a copy of the fine?
Follow the instructions printed on the fine notice to make a claim with the issuing operator.
