If you have identified a normal or long-term parking session on your account that you do not recognize or believe you did not initiate, please review the information below. In many cases, such situations arise due to accidental activation. To avoid accidental starts, our app is designed so that starting those type of parkings require at least two steps:
- Choose or confirm the license plate and parking zone
- Tap the “Start parking” or “Confirm” button
For long-term parkings, you will also need to:
- Select the start and end dates
- Tap “Confirm” to complete the booking
This means that a parking session cannot start by simply opening the app — it must be actively confirmed by the user. However, in rare cases, accidental activation can occur — for example, if the phone is unlocked and buttons are pressed unintentionally. If you are worried that someone else may be using your account. Here's how our login process protects your account:
- To use the app, you must register or log in using your phone number
- A verification code is sent via SMS to that registered phone number
- Only someone with access to your SMS messages (your phone) can complete the login
