Parking Session – Important Information
How parking sessions work
Your parking session will end automatically at the scheduled time unless manually stopped sooner. Once a session has expired, you cannot extend it; a new parking session must be started.
Normal parking sessions must be ended manually through the app.
Automatic camera parking sessions
Start and stop automatically.
The session ends when you drive out of the parking area. Should it fail to stop automatically, first attempt to end it in the app. If that doesn’t work, please provide the following details so our team can cancel the parking for you: your phone number, license plate number, and the date and time of departure.
Before starting a parking session
Make sure you have a sufficient amount of parking time available before starting.
During an active parking session
Once the parking session has started, you can:
Check the active parking time in the app
Close your phone; the session will continue running
Maximum parking time
If the maximum parking time for a specific zone is reached, the parking session will automatically be adjusted to comply with that time limit.
Important note
If a parking session ended too early, we cannot adjust the end time after it has already stopped.
We are not able to charge for any missing parking time once the session has ended.
