I started a parking session through EasyPark, but I still got a fine. Can I get the parking fee refunded?
Depending on the reason for the fine, this is the rules that apply:
According to our terms and conditions, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the parking session is started with the correct details. You are responsible for ensuring correct registration in the app.
We regret to inform that EasyPark cannot refund the parking fees in this case. We forward the parking fee to the parking operator who manages the area, based on the details of the parking session initiated by the customer.
If you accidentally started and paid for regular or camera-based parking in the wrong area, this does not qualify for a refund — even if you received a fine.
