Can I get a refund for the parking fee?

• If you paid for parking in a different area by mistake, this does not provide grounds for a refund, even if you received a fine. EasyPark cannot refund the parking fees in this case. We forward the parking fee to the area owner based on the details of the parking session initiated by the customer.
• You are responsible for ensuring correct registration in the app.
• If the app does not work, it is your own responsibility to pay for your parking through the parking meter, garage or elsewhere to prevent receiving a fine.
