Refund Eligibility
Incorrect Parking Area: If you accidentally started and paid for regular or camera-based parking in the wrong area, this does not qualify for a refund — even if you received a fine.
According to the terms of service, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the parking session is started with the correct details.
EasyPark cannot refund the parking fees in this case.
We forward the parking fee to the area owner based on the details of the parking session initiated by the customer.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring correct registration in the app.
If the App Does Not Work
If the app does not work, it is your responsibility to pay for your parking through the parking meter, garage or elsewhere to prevent receiving a fine.
