What to Do Next
If you've already started a normal parking on the wrong vehicle, you’ll need to:
End the incorrect parking session right away.
Start a new parking session with the correct vehicle.
Important Note
Once a parking session has started, the registered license plate number cannot be modified.
Risks of Parking on the Wrong Car
Parking Fine
You might receive a parking fine if the license plate registered in the app doesn’t match the car that’s actually parked.
Once a parking session has been registered in the app, it cannot be changed or corrected — neither by you nor by our customer service team.
If You Receive a Fine
You’ll need to contact the parking operator who issued the fine directly if you wish to make a claim or appeal.
