Did you accidentally start your parking session for a different car than the one you actually parked?
If you've already started parking on the wrong vehicle, you'll need to end the incorrect parking session right away and then start a new parking session with the correct vehicle.
Kindly note that once a parking session has started, the registered license plate number cannot be modified.
Starting parking on the wrong car can also come with a few risks:
Parking Fine: You might receive a parking fine if the license plate registered in the app doesn't match the car that's actually parked. Once a parking session has been registered in the app, it cannot be changed or corrected — neither by you nor by our customer service team.
If you receive a fine in these cases, you’ll need to contact the parking operator who issued the fine directly if you wish to make a claim or appeal.
