Why did my parking session start for a different vehicle?
By default, the app selects your most recently used license plate. However, in some cases, such as following an app update, the cache may reset, causing the app not to recognize the last used vehicle automatically.
What details must I check before confirming a parking session?
Before initiating a parking session through the confirmation view, the customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming:
The start and end time of the parking
The parking area code
The license plate number
