Why was I automatically logged out of the EasyPark app?
If your phone loses internet connection for more than 30 seconds while using the app, you may be automatically logged out.
How does being logged out affect my active parking session?
Ongoing Parking: Being logged out will not stop or affect any active parking sessions.
Verification: When logging back in, you may be asked to provide a previously used license plate number as part of our multi-factor authentication process. Please ensure you use one linked to your account.
How do I resolve being automatically logged out?
Log back in using your mobile number and license plate.
If the problem persists, try reinstalling the app.
Ensure both the app and your phone’s operating system are updated to the latest versions.
