Note: You may be asked to enter a license plate number you’ve previously used in the app as part of multi-factor verification. Please make sure to enter the license plate number linked to your account.
If you cannot recall a previously registered license plate, please provide the following details so our team can locate it for you:
Phone Number: The mobile number linked to your account.
Payment Method: The specific card or payment type used.
Recent Activity: Your last parking location and the date you were there.
