How can I confirm that my parking session is active?
To confirm that your parking is active, check for the following indicators in the app:
The clock: A countdown clock will appear for your active parking, displaying the time, area, and price.
Ongoing parking for long-term ticket: Your session will appear under "Ongoing parking" along with the location code and time.
Active parking status (iOS): Active parking will be displayed directly on the home screen, usually showing the location code and time.
What should I do if I am still unsure about my parking status?
You can double-check in the app under Activity to ensure your parking session is correctly registered.
Will I receive a fine if my parking is properly activated?
If you have an active regular or long-term parking session in the app with the correct details and have parked appropriately, no parking fine will be issued.
