Double Payment for Parking
Did you accidentally pay twice for the same parking — once through the EasyPark app, and again at the parking meter or another parking app?
If this happens, we’re happy to help.
What to do:
Contact our customer care team.
Provide proof of payment showing that the parking was paid through a method other than EasyPark.
Important Note:
If you start a parking session in EasyPark using the wrong license plate, and then create a second session for the same parking period with the correct license plate, we cannot provide a refund for the initial session.
This applies even if both sessions cover the same time and location.
Always double-check the license plate before confirming a parking session.
