My camera parking did not start but app says there already is an ongoing parking?

I can't start a camera parking session due to an error message, saying that a session is already started - why? 

This may indicate that someone else has registered the same license plate on their account with the Camera Parking feature active, and the parking session may therefore have started on their account.
