Why can't EasyPark share information about someone else's account?
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are legally required to protect all personal data. We cannot share any details regarding another person's account without their explicit consent.
Can someone else contact Customer Care on my behalf?
To ensure privacy compliance, the account holder should ideally contact us directly. If this is not possible, one of the following conditions must be met:
Verbal consent: The account holder participates in the call and provides clear verbal authorization.
Written consent: The account holder gives explicit permission via email correspondence.
