EasyPark offers two different subscriptions to our private customers, EasyPark Go and EasyPark Small, depending on how often you park.
With EasyPark Go, you do not pay a service fee. You will still be debited for the parking amount as set by the local operator. During the 30-day free trial, the normal monthly fee is waived. Please note that unless the trial is canceled, it will automatically transition into a paid monthly subscription at the end of the trial period.
Note About EasyPark Large: We no longer offer the EasyPark Large plan.
Switching to EasyPark Go Subscription:
You can easily upgrade to the EasyPark Go subscription through the app.
- Open the menu (three lines).
- Select "Subscription".
- Choose to sign up for EasyPark Go.
Note: With EasyPark Go, there is no service fee added to your parking transactions. The EasyPark Go subscription can be activated either manually in the app or by contacting customer care. Users are always clearly informed during the process, ensuring that activation cannot occur unintentionally.
Cancel Your Subscription:
If you decide to end your EasyPark Go subscription, it's a simple process within the app.
- Go to the Menu (three lines).
- Tap on "Subscription".
- Select "Manage subscription".
- Tap "Cancel subscription".
This will change your package to EasyPark Small which has no monthly fee. The new product package will take effect starting the following month (A discount applies to the first month if the service package is changed mid-billing cycle. The subscription is ongoing unless canceled separately)
Note: The EasyPark Small cannot be canceled, as it is our base package. If you have canceled your trial period, it will be deactivated after the trial month has expired.
If you wish to stop using the service, you can delete your account directly in the app:
Go to Menu (three lines) > Account
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
