What subscriptions are available for private accounts?

EasyPark offers two subscriptions: EasyPark Go and EasyPark Small, based on parking frequency.

• EasyPark Go: No service fee per transaction. You are charged the parking fee set by the local operator. A 30-day free trial waives the monthly fee, after which it automatically transitions into a paid monthly subscription unless canceled.

• EasyPark Small: The base package with no monthly fee.

• Note: The EasyPark Large plan is no longer offered. Subscriptions do not cover parking fees; parking must still be paid for via the app.

How do I switch to EasyPark Go?

1. Open the menu (three lines).

2. Select Subscription.

3. Choose to sign up for EasyPark Go.

How do I cancel an EasyPark Go subscription?

1. Go to the Menu (three lines).

2. Tap on Subscription.

3. Select Manage subscription.

4. Tap Cancel subscription.

Canceling changes your package to EasyPark Small starting the following month. EasyPark Small cannot be canceled as it is the base package.

How do I completely delete my EasyPark account?

1. Go to Menu (three lines) > Account.

2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
