In rare cases, your camera parking session might not start automatically in the EasyPark app. If you are unsure, you can easily check the parking history in your app to see if the parking session was registered.
If your parking session isn’t showing in the app, here are some possible reasons why:
- Camera Parking function Not Activated: Ensure the "camera parking" feature is enabled in your EasyPark app at least 15 minutes before entering the parking area. This allows the system to recognize your vehicle.
- Parking Area: Be sure, that the area where you want to park is a camera parking area.
- Manual Start Required: In some camera-controlled parking zones, parking does not start automatically. After entering, please open the EasyPark app and manually start your parking session to ensure it’s correctly registered.
- Payment Issue: An outstanding payment on your EasyPark account can temporarily prevent new parking sessions. Please update your payment method and complete the payment in your app.
- Environmental influences, obstructed or dirty license plates, and technical issues in the parking area can all lead to recognition problems.
Ensure the plate is clean, clearly visible, and that no external conditions interfere with camera detection.
My parking is not registered in the app - what now?
If your EasyPark app failed to start the camera parking, the parking operator may have directly registered your session in their system. In such cases, you will typically receive an invoice for your parking duration.
