My camera parking session isn't showing in the app
In rare cases, your camera parking session may not start automatically in the EasyPark app.
You can check your parking history in the app to see if the session was registered.
Why didn't my camera parking session get registered automatically?
These are some possible reasons why the camera parking session didn't start automatically in your app:
Error message
Check your app for potential error messages. If you get the following error message “Something went wrong. License plate number not found in the parking system.”, it your vehicle is not registered in the parking operator’s system.
Camera Parking function not activated
Make sure the “Camera Parking” feature is enabled in the app at least 15 minutes before entering the parking area.
Manual start required
Some camera-controlled areas are not fully automated. In these zones, the camera captures your entry, but you must manually start the session in the app to authorize payment.
Always check your app immediately upon arrival; if a session hasn't started automatically, you are responsible for initiating it manually (where permitted by the area).
Parking area
Make sure that the location is a camera parking area, and not a standard parking area.
Payment issue
Outstanding payments on your EasyPark account can block new sessions from starting automatically.
Update your payment method and complete any pending payments.
Environmental or technical issues
Dirty, obstructed, or unreadable license plates can prevent camera recognition.
Ensure the license plate is clean and clearly visible.
How can I pay when the camera parking wasn't registered through EasyPark?
If the camera parking session isn't registered in your EasyPark app, the parking operator may have registered your session directly in their system. In these cases, you will usually receive an invoice pr mail for your parking duration.
