Camera Parking Session Not Showing in the App
In rare cases, your camera parking session may not start automatically in the EasyPark app. You can check your parking history in the app to see if the session was registered.
If the session isn’t showing, possible reasons include:
Camera Parking function not activated: Make sure the "Camera Parking" feature is enabled in the app at least 15 minutes before entering the parking area.
Parking area: Confirm that the area is a camera parking location.
Manual start required: Some camera-controlled zones require you to manually start the session in the app after entering.
Payment issue: Outstanding payments on your EasyPark account can block new sessions. Update your payment method and complete any pending payments.
Environmental or technical issues: Dirty, obstructed, or unreadable license plates and other conditions can prevent camera recognition. Ensure the plate is clean and clearly visible.
What to do if parking isn’t registered
If the app fails to start Camera Parking, the parking operator may have registered your session directly in their system. In such cases, you will usually receive an invoice for your parking duration.
