Here's how you can update your private payment method using our app:
- Open the EasyPark app
- Tap the Menu: In the top corner of the app, you'll see three horizontal bars. Tap this menu icon.
- Select Payment: From the menu options, tap on Payment.
- Tap Add/Change payment method: You'll see an option to manage your payment methods. Tap on Add/Change payment method.
- Choose your new payment method: Select the payment option you'd like to use going forward.
- Follow the on-screen instructions: The app will guide you through the necessary steps to complete the change.
Should you wish to change your payment method to invoice, please contact our customer support team with your social security number as well as how you wish to receive your invoice, as this adjustment cannot be made through the app.
What happens to my previous payment method?
When you add a new payment method, you don't need to worry about removing the old one. Our system automatically removes the old payment details for you.
