Why do I see a parking session for a place I’m not at?
If you see an incorrect camera parking session on your account, it is typically due to a license plate misread, you quickly drove through the area (did not mean to park) or a failed exit detection from a previous visit.
Note: We do not have access to camera footage to verify the event manually.
How to fix it:
Do not try to delete the vehicle: You are restricted from removing a vehicle from your list if it has an active session.
In instances where a vehicle is incorrectly identified as having been present at a location, the case may be contested for verification and correction.
