Have you received a notification indicating that a camera parking has started on your account, even though you haven't parked at that location?
This can happen if a sold or rented car is still linked to your account with the camera parking feature enabled. In such cases, please disable the camera parking feature for that vehicle and remove it from your account.
This may also occur due to occasional license plate misreading by the camera based parking systems. We do not have access to the camera footage, but we will be happy to investigate and assist you further. In these cases, please contact our customer care team.
