Why do I see a parking session for a place I’m not at?
If you see an incorrect camera parking session on your account, it is typically due to a license plate misread or a failed exit detection from a previous visit.
Note: We do not have access to camera footage to verify the event manually.
How to fix it:
Do not try to delete the vehicle: You are restricted from removing a vehicle from your list if it has an active session.
Our team is required to manually verify and close incorrect sessions for you, whether they are still ongoing or finished, so please provide a phonenumber and a licenseplate and our team can help.
