How does camera parking work?
Camera Parking feature is available at select parking areas. Entry and exit cameras read your license plate, and payment is charged to your EasyPark account. You need to manually activate this feature in your app.
Some parking areas require you to manually start your session, and the parking won't start automatically. Always open the EasyPark app to check and confirm your session is active.
How do I pay for the parking?
The app will show whether the parking was free or if a fee applies. Any fee is charged to your selected payment method.
What if I lend my car to someone else?
To loan your car without charges from automatic parking sessions, disable the camera parking feature in your app. The person borrowing the vehicle can add the license plate to their EasyPark account and enable automatic camera parking for their sessions.
