How do I stop an active parking session?
For most standard parking sessions, you can end your parking manually through the app to ensure you are only charged for the time used.
Open the app and navigate to your current active parking session.
Tap the Stop button. This is typically found in the center of the parking clock or within the active session details.
Confirm Selection: You will be prompted to confirm. Tap Stop Parking to finalize.
Once stopped, ensure you receive a confirmation message in the app. Your final fee will be updated automatically and appear in your Parking History.
Note about fixed-duration sessions: In certain locations, a minimum/maximum parking duration or fixed rate may apply. These sessions cannot be stopped early, and you will be charged the amount displayed in the app. The session will expire automatically at the scheduled time.
