How to stop a parking
- Access Active Parking: Go to your active parking session in the app.
- Tap "Stop": In the middle of the clock or within the active parking details, you will find a "Stop" button. Tap on it.
- Confirm Stopping: You will likely be asked to confirm that you want to end your parking session. Select "Stop Parking" to finalize.
Kindly check that the end time is adjusted and corrected before stopping the parking, in order for us to charge the right amount. Otherwise, the parking will end at the same time you end the parking.
- View Completed Session: The completed parking session and the final fee will then appear in your parking history within the app. The parking fee will automatically be updated based on the actual time you parked and the local regulations.
Note: Ensure you receive a confirmation of the stopped parking session in the app.
If you have an ongoing camera parking, you must contact our customer care if it is still running.
Please note that long-term parking sessions cannot be stopped once they have started, as clearly stated at the time of purchase before confirming. Refunds are generally not available for any unused time on long-term parking tickets.
However, if a long-term parking session is queued but has not yet begun, you can still cancel it.
Additionally, you may not be able to end your parking session early due to a required minimum parking duration or In few places, once you start parking, you can't stop it. Parking cannot be stopped in certain locations. Your parking session will automatically end at the duration you initially set.
