How to Stop an Active Parking Session
For most standard parking sessions, you can end your stay manually through the app to ensure you are only charged for the time used.
Access Active Parking: Open the app and navigate to your current active parking session.
Tap "Stop": Locate the Stop button. This is typically found in the center of the parking clock or within the active session details.
Confirm Selection: You will be prompted to confirm. Tap Stop Parking to finalize.
Tip: Double-check that your end time is adjusted correctly before confirming to ensure accurate billing.
Verify Completion: Once stopped, ensure you receive a confirmation message in the app. Your final fee will be updated automatically and appear in your Parking History.
Understanding Long-Term & Fixed Parking
Some parking types have different rules regarding cancellations and early stops:
Long-Term Parking: These sessions generally cannot be stopped once they have started. Refunds are typically not available for unused time on long-term tickets.
Queued Sessions: If you have booked a long-term session that has not yet started, you can still cancel it via the app.
Fixed Duration/Minimums & Maximums: In certain locations, a minimum/maximum parking duration or fixed time may apply. These sessions cannot be stopped early, and you will be charged the amount displayed in the app. The session will expire automatically at the scheduled time.
Troubleshooting Camera Parking Issues
If you are in a camera-controlled parking area and the session did not stop automatically or cannot be ended manually, our team can help.
