Seeing a parking charge that you don’t recognize? Here are a few other things to consider.
- Is the parking in your app? Take a look at your parking history in the EasyPark app. Do you see this parking session listed there?
- How did it start? Was it a parking you started yourself in the app? Or could it be from a camera parking area (where parking starts automatically when you drive in)?
If the parking isn't showing up in your app, please consider the following:
- Shared Payment Details? Have you shared your bank card or payment information with anyone else? Maybe a family member has added your card to their own private EasyPark account.
- EasyPark Subscription? Do you have a subscription with us? This charge might appear even if you haven't actively parked recently. You can check your subscriptions in the app under "Menu" and then "Subscriptions."
If it's from a camera parking area, could it be one of these situations?
- Has your vehicle been registered at a location where it was never actually parked? It's possible that a parking session was incorrectly initiated by the camera on your vehicle.
- Parking on an Old Car? Could it be a parking session on a car you used to have but don’t dispose of anymore?
