Does it seem like the parking charge doesn't quite match the fee you presented before you started parking?
Parking costs are set by the parking operators who manage each area. The pricing you see in our app comes directly from these operators, ensuring you are charged the official rate. If the parking charge does not match the actual time the car was parked, our customer service team can investigate the matter further.
For any specific questions regarding local rules, please contact the parking operator for that area directly.
If you were charged for parking and believe the charge is incorrect, it's important to first check where the charge appears. You can find your EasyPark charges under your parking history in the app. If the charge appears there, please contact us so we can look into it. If you received a separate invoice by post or email that is not listed in your EasyPark parking history, this charge comes directly from the parking operator, and you will need to contact them to resolve it.
Note: When you use EasyPark to pay for parking, there's a small service fee on top of the parking cost. Parking costs can also differ due to reasons such as subscription fees or combined parking charges. Please note that parking transactions are debited 1-5 days after completion. You can check your debits in your parking history.
