Does it seem like the parking charge doesn't quite match the fee you presented before you started parking?
The parking operator, who manages the parking area are the ones who decide the parking fee and rules for their spots. We get all the parking cost info directly from them, and that's the price you'll see in our app and be charged.
When you use EasyPark to pay for parking, there's a small service fee on top of the parking cost.
Note: Parking costs can also differ due to reasons such as subscription fees or combined parking charges. Please note that parking transactions are debited 1-5 days after completion. You can check your debits in your parking history.
