Who sets parking rates and where do they come from?
Parking costs are set by the parking operators who manage each area.
Pricing shown in the EasyPark app comes directly from these operators to ensure official rates are charged.
For specific questions regarding local rules, contact the parking operator for that area directly.
What should I do if my parking charge seems wrong?
Check your parking history in the app: If the charge appears under your EasyPark parking history and does not match the actual time parked, contact EasyPark customer service to investigate.
If you receive a separate invoice by post or email: If the charge is not listed in your EasyPark parking history, it comes directly from the parking operator, and you must contact them to resolve it.
Why might total parking costs differ?
EasyPark charges a small service fee on top of the parking cost.
Costs can also vary due to subscription fees or combined parking charges.
Parking transactions are debited 1-5 days after completion, and all debits can be reviewed in your parking history.
