Why is the charged amount different from what I expected?
Parking sessions on the same day—or sometimes even the day before—may be combined into a single charge in your bank statement. This usually appears within 1–5 business days.
EasyPark GO Subscription: If active, this charge may appear even if you haven’t recently parked. Check under Menu → Subscriptions.
EasyPark Business Subscription (Pro/Premium): Verify in the app under Menu → Subscriptions whether you might have a business user subscription.
How to check:
Log in to the EasyPark app or website.
Download your parking receipts.
Multiple sessions combined into one payment will appear on the same receipt.
Subscription fees may also be included in the total amount.
If the charge still seems incorrect:
Make sure you didn’t accidentally purchase long-term parking instead of normal parking.
If everything seems correct and the amount still doesn’t match, contact our customer care.
