Got a SMS about updating your payment details? Here’s why and what to do
If you have an outstanding payment in EasyPark, we’ll notify you by SMS or email. However, we will only direct you to the EasyPark app to update your payment method. It’s completely safe to open the app and manage your payment details there.
Possible reasons the payment didn't go through
- Maybe there wasn't sufficient funds on your card.
- Your bank card might be blocked or have some limits.
- The card could be expired or not set up for online payments.
What to do
To get your payment back on track, simply update your payment method in the app. This will automatically cause a new attempt to charge your card. You can re-enter the same card as before, just make sure to review the checklist above to ensure everything goes smoothly.
