SMS About Updating Payment Details – What It Means and What to Do
Why You Got the SMS:
If a payment could not be processed, we notify you via SMS or email.
We will only ask you to open the EasyPark app to update your payment method.
Managing payment details in the app is completely safe and secure.
Possible Reasons Payment Didn’t Go Through:
Insufficient funds on your card.
Bank card is blocked or has certain limits.
Card is expired or not enabled for online payments.
Note: Parking payments are typically processed 1–5 days after your session ends, so you may not have been charged yet.
What to Do:
Update your payment method in the EasyPark app to complete any outstanding payment.
You can re-enter the same card as before, but check the points above to ensure successful processing.
Suspicious SMS?
EasyPark never sends direct links in texts or emails asking for payment details.
If a message contains a link requesting payment info, do not click it.
