Why is the charged amount different from what I expected?
Parking sessions on the same day—or sometimes even the day before—may be combined into a single charge in your bank statement. This usually appears within 1–5 business days.
- When using EasyPark, you pay a small fee on top of the parking cost. This may cause a difference between the expected and charged amounts.
- Other possible differances in price might be related to subscription cost if you have an active subscription with EasyPark.
How can I verify the charged amount?
You can view all details of the parking cost, service fees and subscription fees on the receipt of the parking in question.
You can also check if you have an active subscription under Menu - Subscription.
The charge still looks incorrect - why?
Make sure you didn’t accidentally purchase long-term parking instead of normal parking.
