How does in-car parking management work with EasyPark?
Integrate the EasyPark app with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay (referred to as Android Automotive) for seamless parking management directly from your vehicle's display.
Start parking directly from your car, and the session will automatically stop when your car moves.
Feature availability depends on your car, so contact your vehicle vendor for details.
What if the automatic stop feature fails to trigger?
External factors like limited GPS visibility (common in underground garages) or a temporary synchronization delay between your mobile device and the infotainment system may occasionally prevent the session from stopping automatically.
If the automatic trigger fails due to connectivity issues, you must finalize the parking session manually within the app to ensure accurate billing and session closure.
Vehicle Compatibility Note:
If you are not using the app in a Volvo, Renault, or Polestar, you will need to contact your car vendor, as your app is not automatically connected to your EasyPark App.
