Automatic Parking Payments with EasyPark
With EasyPark, you usually don’t need to pay manually. All parking fees are automatically debited using the payment method you’ve added in the app. Fees are charged 1–5 days after your parking session.
How to Double-Check Your Last Parking Payment
If you’re unsure whether your last parking session was paid or if you have any outstanding balance, you can check in the app:
Open the EasyPark app.
Tap Menu (upper corner).
Tap Payment.
If a payment didn’t go through, you’ll see a red or yellow banner prompting you to update your payment method.
Tip: Make sure the parking session you’re checking is registered in your EasyPark app. You can view your parking activity under Menu → Activity.
Notifications for Failed Payments
You’ll receive an SMS if a payment fails.
You may also get an email from our invoice partner.
Always update your payment method directly in the app if prompted.
