How can I close my business account?
To close an EasyPark Business account or cancel a subscription, you need to submit a termination notice in writing. You can find our webfrom or email address on our website.
What are the account closure policy?
Standard Notice Period: Account closure are subject to a notice period consisting of the current month plus one additional month.
Individual User Deactivation: Individual user accounts within a business subscription are scheduled to close at the end of the following calendar month. Due to the standard notice period (current month + one month), user accounts cannot be terminated earlier than the scheduled date.
