To close an EasyPark Business account or cancel a subscription, please send a request to begin the process.
Account and User Closure Policy
Standard Notice Period: Cancellations are subject to a notice period consisting of the current month plus one additional month.
Individual User Deactivation: Individual user accounts within a business subscription are scheduled to close at the end of the following calendar month. Due to the standard notice period (current month + one month), user accounts cannot be terminated earlier than the scheduled date.
