How do I update the invoice details?
To update your invoice details, log in to your account using your username and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Can’t log in?” option to reset it. From the left-hand menu, select “Payment Groups” and navigate to the specific payment agreement you wish to update. You can then edit the relevant fields with the new or correct information. This allows you to easily and securely update your invoice details on the platform.
Note: If you want to update information for your e-invoicing, you have to contact customer care. In addition, this process does not apply in cases where there has been a change to your company’s business registration number. If you need to change this, please contact our customer support and they will assist you.
