As a business customer, your billing documentation differs from that of a private user. Instead of standard receipts, we provide detailed monthly invoices to help you manage your corporate accounting and VAT records.
To ensure security and proper record-keeping, invoice access is restricted to specific users.
Who has access: Only Business account administrators can view or download billing documents.
What you receive: A comprehensive invoice and a monthly overview (rather than a private-user receipt).
How to Download Your Invoices
You can access your complete billing history at any time through your account portal.
Log in to the Self-service portal.
Navigate to the Payment History section.
From here, you can perform the following actions:
Filter: Sort your invoice list by date or status.
Export: Generate a list of your billing history for your records.
Download: To obtain an individual invoice, click the downward arrow icon located next to the invoice status.
Note: We do not automatically email receipts to business customers, unless the feature has been enabled via self-service portal or by our team. Please ensure your account administrator downloads the necessary invoice copies directly from the portal.
