Changing your business subscription

Who can change employees' product packages on a business account?

Only the account administrator can change employees' product packages.

How do I change an employee's business subscription package?

1. Log in to the Self-service portal on the EasyPark website.

2. Go to Users in the left menu.

3. Click the three dots next to the employee.

4. Select "Schedule change of product package."

5. Follow the steps provided.

When does the subscription change take effect?

The change takes effect on the 1st day of the next month.
