How do I change my business subscription?
If you are the account administrator on your business account, you can modify your employees’ product packages through the Self-service portal. Log in on our website, select “Users” from the left-hand menu, and click the three dots next to the desired user. Then choose “Schedule change of product package” and follow the instructions. The updated product package will take effect on the first day of the following month.
