Updating Invoice Details
To update your invoice details:
Log in to your account with your username and password.
If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Can’t log in?” option to reset it.
From the left-hand menu, select Payment Groups.
Navigate to the specific payment agreement you wish to update.
Edit the relevant fields with the new or correct information.
This allows you to securely update your invoice details on the platform.
Note:
To update e-invoicing information, contact customer care.
This process does not apply if your company’s business registration number has changed. Contact customer support to make this update.
