I can't stop my long-term parking session
Long-term parking tickets cannot be stopped once initiated, as stated upon purchase. However, if a long-term parking session has been queued but has not yet begun, you have the option to cancel it. To do this, go to the "Activity" section and then the "Ongoing Parkings" area within the app and select the option to stop the session.
Long-Term Parking Ticket Refund Policy
Prepaid long-term parking tickets are generally non-refundable, and cancellations are not typically permitted after purchase, as stated at the time of purchase.
