I Can’t Stop My Long-Term Parking Session
Long-term parking tickets cannot be stopped once initiated, as stated upon purchase.
However, if a long-term parking session has been queued but has not yet begun, you can cancel it.
To cancel a queued session:
Go to the “Activity” section in the app.
Then select “Ongoing Parkings”.
Choose the option to stop the session.
Note: Long-term parking sessions won’t be renewed automatically.
Are Long-Term Tickets Refundable?
Prepaid long-term parking tickets are generally non-refundable.
Cancellations are not typically permitted after purchase, as stated at the time of purchase.
Can I Get My Money Back if I Don’t Use the Whole Ticket?
Once you've purchased a long-term ticket, refunds for any unused time are generally not offered.
