I can't start an express pay session due to an error message, saying that a session is already started - why?
This may indicate that someone else has registered the same license plate on their account with the express pay feature active, and the parking session may therefore have started on their account.
If this happens, please note that you cannot pay for the parking session via your own account. In this situation, we suggest finding an alternative way to pay for your current parking, such as a physical pay machine. Additionally, to help secure your vehicle's billing, we recommend enabling express pay for your car on your own account.
