How Currency is Displayed
In the App: You will always see the local currency of the parking area you are currently using.
On Receipts & Bank Statements: The amount is automatically converted to the currency of the country where your account was created.
Note: Because of this conversion, the price shown in your parking summary might look slightly different from the final charge in your online banking due to exchange rates.
How Your "Home Country" is Determined
Your account's default country and currency are set based on the phone number you used when you first signed up.
Example: If you signed up with a Swedish (+46) number, you will be billed in SEK, even if you are parking in Italy.
How to Change Your Account Country
If you have moved or want to be charged in a different local currency, you cannot simply update your settings. You must:
Delete your current EasyPark account.
Create a new account using a phone number from the new country you wish to be associated with.
