How to Delete Your EasyPark Account
Before attempting to delete an account, ensure the following conditions are met:
No Active Subscriptions: You cannot delete an account with an active subscription (e.g., EasyPark Go). You must first downgrade to EasyPark Small. Note: The downgrade takes effect the following month.
Zero Balance: All outstanding balances must be paid in full.
Data Awareness: Deletion is permanent and removes access to all receipts and parking history.
App Removal: Simply deleting the app from a phone does not close the account.
Method 1: Via the EasyPark App
Open the EasyPark app.
Go to Menu → Account.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion via the on-screen prompts.
Method 2: Via the Self-Service Portal (Web)
Log in to the EasyPark account management page.
Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard.
Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
Handling Dual Accounts (Private & Business)
Adjustments to dual private and business accounts require internal verification to maintain the correct separation of billing and user details.
Close Private only: Keep your business account active and delete your private one.
Close Business only: Keep your private account active and delete your business one.
Close both: Permanently remove both account types.
Troubleshooting: "Something went wrong"
If you receive this error message during deletion, it is likely due to:
An unpaid invoice.
An active subscription package that hasn't expired yet.
