Camera Parking Deactivated Notification
Did you receive a push notification that Camera Parking was deactivated for your vehicle?
This happens when someone else has activated Camera Parking for the same car in their EasyPark app.
Camera Parking can only be active for one account per license plate at a time.
When another user activates it, it is automatically turned off in your app. The other person now has automatic Camera Parking for the vehicle.
If you want to use Camera Parking again, you can reactivate it in your app. Note that this will turn it off in their app while it’s active on yours.
Why Camera Parking is limited to one user per license plate
Camera Parking starts and stops sessions based on the license plate, not the driver.
Only one active setup per plate prevents double charges.
If multiple users enabled Camera Parking for the same vehicle, the system could register the plate twice and cause parallel sessions and double billing.
To allow another user to activate Camera Parking, the current user must disable it first in their app.
