Did you receive a push notification that camera parking was enabled by another user?
If you received a push notification that camera parking was deactivated for your vehicle, it means that someone else – perhaps someone you share the car with – has turned on camera parking for the same car in their EasyPark app.
Camera parking can only be active in one EasyPark app at a time. So, when someone else activates it for the car, it is automatically turned off in your app.
No need to worry! It just means that the other person will now have automatic camera parking for that vehicle. If you want to use camera parking yourself, you can always go back to your app and turn it on again. Just remember that if they have it active, it will turn off in their app if you activate it.
Why can camerapark only be active for one user per license plate?
Camerapark is designed to automatically start and stop parking sessions based on your vehicle’s license plate. Because the camera reads only the plate number — and not who is driving — the system can only allow one active camerapark setup per license plate at a time.
This limitation prevents accidental double charges. If multiple users enabled camerapark for the same vehicle, the system would register the same license plate twice and could start parallel sessions, causing both users to be billed.
To avoid this, camerapark can be activated by only one account for a specific license plate at any given moment. If another user needs to use CameraPark for that vehicle, the current user must first disable it on their account.
