Activating Camera-Based Automatic Parking via the App
You can enable automatic camera based-feature directly through the app using one of the following methods:
Option 1:
Open the app and tap the menu icon in the top corner.
Select Vehicles, then tap the three dots next to the relevant vehicle.
Tap Activate under Camera-Based Automatic Parking.
Option 2:
Open the app and tap the menu icon in the top right corner.
Select Camera-Based Parking.
Tap Select Vehicles for Camera-Based Parking, then choose the vehicle you wish to activate.
Note: If this feature disappears from the app after enabling it, it may be due to an outdated version of the app. First, make sure that both the app and your device’s operating system are updated to the latest versions. After updating, try restarting your phone to refresh all app settings and connections.
If the issue continues after these steps, please contact our customer service for further assistance so we can investigate and help restore the feature.
Important Information:
Ensure that a valid payment method is registered in the app to enable automatic billing through the camera-based parking system.
We recommend activating this feature at least 15 minutes prior to your first use.
After exiting the parking facility, you will receive a notification confirming the end of the parking session. A receipt will be available under "My Parkings" > "History" in the app.
