Enable camera parking on your vehicle

Activating Camera-Based Automatic Parking via the EasyPark App

You can enable the automatic camera-based feature in the app using one of the following methods:

Option 1:

1. Open the app and tap the menu icon in the top corner.

2. Select Vehicles, then tap the three dots next to the relevant vehicle.

3. Tap Activate under Camera-Based Automatic Parking.

Option 2:

1. Open the app and tap the menu icon in the top right corner.

2. Select Camera-Based Parking.

3. Tap Select Vehicles for Camera-Based Parking, then choose the vehicle to activate.

Important Notes

• If the feature disappears after enabling it, your app or device may be outdated. Update both to the latest versions, then restart your phone. If the issue continues, contact customer care for assistance.

• Ensure a valid payment method is registered in the app for automatic billing.

• Activate the feature at least 15 minutes prior to your first use.

• Read the Terms & Conditions for automatic Camera Parking before enabling.

• After leaving the parking facility, you will receive a notification confirming the end of the session.

• Receipts are available under Activity in the app.
