Why do I see a parking session for a place I’m not at?
If you see an ongoing incorrect express pay (formally known as camera parking) session on your account, it is typically due to a license plate misread (you were not in that area) or that you quickly drove through the area (did not mean to park).
Note: We do not have access to camera footage to verify the event manually.
How to fix it:
Do not try to delete the vehicle: You are restricted from removing a vehicle from your list if it has an active session.
Our customer care team have to assist you with stopping the ongoing parking.
