If your parking history or other account data is no longer visible in the app, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
The data belongs to a customer account that has already been closed.
The parking session was made under a different customer account (for example, if you use separate phone numbers for work and personal use).
Your personal and business accounts are linked, but you have not switched the parking history view to your business account.
A new account was accidentally created instead of logging in to your existing account.
