Business Accounts: For EasyPark Business users (where available), please contact support directly if you cannot start a session.
2. Permits & License Plates
Permit Validation: Ensure your parking permit is valid for your current area.
Important Note: EasyPark does not issue parking permits.
Blocked Plates: If your account is in good standing but you cannot proceed, your license plate may be blocked.
Resolution: Our team must resolve license plate blocks manually.
3. Connectivity & App Performance
Internet Requirement: A stable internet connection is required to initiate a session.
Troubleshooting Steps: * Close and restart the app.
Check for available app updates.
4. App Downtime & Alternative Payments
During Outages: If the app is down, use any other available payment option (e.g., physical machines in the area).
