Updating Your Payment Method
If the outstanding balance is linked to your EasyPark account, updating your payment method most likely resolve the issue. By providing valid payment information, you allow us to process any pending charges, which should re-activate your account.
Do you have a valid permit?
Make sure your permit is valid for the area you're parking in.EasyPark does not issue parking permits. We recommend contacting the provider from whom you purchased the permit.
Important information during app downtime
If the app is down, we recommend using any other available payment option to pay for your parking.
Remember, if you are unable to start a parking session through the EasyPark app for any unknown reason, you are responsible for registering your parking with an alternative payment method, such as the machine in the area.
