If you’re unable to extend your parking session, please consider the following:
- You can only extend a parking session that is currently in progress. If your session has already ended, please initiate a new one through the app.
- Some parking zones have a limit on the total parking duration, which you might have exceeded. Keep in mind that parking regulations and maximum time allowances are determined by the parking operator.
Note: If you try to extend parking in a zone with a time limit, the app will automatically adjust the extension to stay within that limit. You can view the details of your ongoing parking session on the screen..
Finding nearby parking areas
If you have reached the maximum parking time and need to find a nearby alternative:
- Open the EasyPark app and use the map function.
- If you have granted GPS/location access on your phone, the app will show nearby available parking areas based on your current location.
- Note: GPS location can be imprecise — you should verify that the zone matches where they you are actually parked.
