What should I consider if I cannot extend my parking session?

• Session Status: You can only extend a parking session that is currently in progress. If your session has already ended, please initiate a new one through the app.

• Zone Time Limits: Some parking zones have a limit on the total parking duration, which you might have exceeded. Parking regulations and maximum time allowances are determined by the parking operator.

• Automatic Adjustments: If you try to extend parking in a zone with a time limit, the app will automatically adjust the extension to stay within that limit. Details can be viewed on your ongoing parking session screen.

How do I find nearby parking areas if I've reached the maximum time limit?

1. Open the EasyPark app and use the map function.

2. With GPS/location access enabled on your phone, the app will show nearby available parking areas based on your current location.

3. Note: GPS location can be imprecise, always verify that the zone matches where you are actually parked.
