Where should I check for the correct area code?
Check that the area code displayed in the app matches the exact location where you have parked.
If an area is unmarked or shown in white, EasyPark is not available there. Ensure the area code belongs to EasyPark and not another provider.
Note: If an area is not covered by EasyPark, you remain responsible for paying via an alternative method (e.g., parking machine or another app).
What are the two ways to start a parking session?
Enter the Area Code Manually: Tap "Search address or area code" and type in the parking area code from local signage.
Select from the Map: Browse the map to see suggested area codes nearby based on your location.
Why are suggested areas sometimes inaccurate?
EasyPark uses your phone's GPS signal, which can vary in accuracy depending on reception.
Always verify that the app code matches:
The parking area code displayed on the sign at your parking spot.
The country where you are currently parked.
