Start by checking that the area code displayed in the app matches the exact location where you have parked your vehicle.
If an area is unmarked or shown in white, EasyPark is not available there. Please also ensure that the area code belongs to EasyPark and not to another parking provider.
Note: If an area is not covered by EasyPark, you are responsible for registering your parking with an alternative payment method, such as the payment machine in the area or another application.
There are two ways to start your parking session
- Enter the Area Code Manually: Tap on "Search address or area code" and type in the parking area code you see on the local signage.
- Select from the Map: You can also browse the map, which may suggest area codes nearby your current location.
Why Are the Suggested Areas Inaccurate?
EasyPark App uses the phone's GPS signal for positioning, and the location information may vary based on the accuracy of the signal.
Once you manually enter an area code, please always verify that it correctly matches:
- The parking area code displayed on the sign at your parking spot.
- The country where you are currently parking.
