Possible Causes and Solutions
Incorrect phone number entered:
Double-check that you entered the correct phone number, including the correct country code.
Phone's Operating System:
If your phone is too old, the operating system may no longer support the app.
iPhone/iOS: Older than iOS 17
Android: 7.0 or older
Verification failed:
You may be asked to enter a license plate number previously used in the app for multi-factor verification.
Ensure that you are entering the correct license plate number associated with your account.
If you cannot recall a previously registered license plate, please provide the following details so our team can locate it for you:
Phone Number: The mobile number linked to your account.
Payment Method: The specific card or payment type used.
Recent Activity: Your last parking location and the date you were there.
No verification code received:
Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the code to arrive.
The 30-second timer applies to requesting a new code, not the time to receive and enter it.
If you request a new code, the previous one will become invalid once the new code is issued.
Security block after too many failed attempts:
If you entered incorrect information too many times, the system may temporarily block access.
Wait a short while before trying again.
Error entering the code:
Make sure you copy the verification code exactly as shown.
The code expires after a short time, so request a new one if needed.
Clear cache or device settings:
Force close and reopen the EasyPark app.
Clear your device’s cache (on Android).
Reinstall the app.
Phone number taken over / verification code unknown:
If you have inherited a phone number previously linked to another account, you likely won't have the former license plate number. In this case, we’ll help you verify your new number and reset the account for your use.
