Troubles Updating Payment Information
If you’re having trouble updating your payment details, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Insufficient funds: Ensure your payment card has enough balance before entering it in the app.
Bank restrictions: Your card may have limitations, such as restrictions on online or international transactions. Verify with your bank that no restrictions are preventing the payment.
New card usage: Brand new cards that haven’t been used in a physical store may be rejected by the app. Use the card in-store once before adding it to EasyPark.
Phone’s operating system:
Ensure you have the latest version of the EasyPark app from the App Store or Google Play.
Check that your device OS is up to date. Older devices may not support the app:
iPhone/iOS: older than iOS 17
Android: 7.0 or older
