New card usage:
- If the card is brand new and hasn't been used in a physical store, the app will automatically reject it. Please use the card in a store before adding it to the app
Phone's Operating System:
Open the App Store or Google Play to ensure you have the latest version of the EasyPark app installed. Check that your device’s operating system is fully up to date.
- If your phone is too old, the operating system may no longer support the app.
