This is how the account administrator can update the users on their business account.
How do I add a user to my business account?
Log in to the Self-service portal.
Go to Users.
Click + Add New User.
Fill in the details.
→ The user receives an SMS with a link to access the business account in the EasyPark app.
How do I close user, or update a user on my business account?
In Users, find the employee.
Click the three dots.
Choose the action (edit or remove).
What details can I update?
Email
Assigned vehicles
Cost center
Automatic email parking confirmation
