Uppsala Basic Package

The EasyPark Basic package is a plan for users who primarily park in Uppsala.

How it works

With the EasyPark Basic package, you don't pay a service fee when parking in eligible parking areas in Uppsala.

• Where can I park? The Basic package can only be used for parking in eligible areas in Uppsala.
• What if I travel outside Uppsala? If you try to start a parking session outside the eligible areas in Uppsala, the app will ask you to switch to EasyPark Small. Once you switch:
  • A service fee will apply to your parking sessions.
  • You will regain access to EasyPark's full parking network and value-added services.

How to switch to EasyPark Basic

If you are eligible for the EasyPark Basic package in Uppsala, you can set it up through the app:

1. Open the Menu in the app and select Subscription.
2. Go to ''EasyPark Basic''
3. Click on ''Manage EasyPark Basic''
4. Choose Uppsala
5. Confirm

How to switch to EasyPark Small

You can return to the standard EasyPark Small package at any time:

• Via the website: Log in to your account and update your subscription.
• Via the app: You will be prompted to switch back automatically if you attempt to start a parking session outside the eligible parking areas in Uppsala.
