What plans are available?
EasyPark Business offers three new packages, so you can choose the one that fits the way your business parks best.
These packages is only offered for new customers.
What is Business Essential?
Prices: 79 kr/user/month + 7 kr per parking transaction
Target Audience: Small businesses and standard business drivers.
Primary Use Case: Simple entry point with low barriers to entry; suitable for straightforward parking separation.
Core Features:
- Monthly VAT invoice — One VAT-ready invoice each month, so the business can reclaim VAT and expense parking cleanly.
- Split business & personal parking — Keep work parking and private parking separate on the same app, so business trips are billed to the business and personal ones aren't.
- Self-service portal — An online portal to manage users, vehicles and parking without calling us. (Note: fuller management sits in Plus; Essential has the basics.)
- Session expense notes — Add a note to a parking session (e.g. "client visit") so it's easy to expense later.
- Session reminders — A reminder before a session ends, so people don't forget to stop or extend and overpay or get a fine.
Notes: Subject to per-session service fees. Paid add-ons (AutoStop, Mobility Card) are available.
What is Business Plus?
Prices: 119 kr/user/month
Target Audience: Small to medium businesses and fleet managers.
Primary Use Case: Team control, fee predictability, and administrative rule-setting.
Core Features:
All features included in Business Essential
- Time restrictions — The admin can set when staff are allowed to park on the business account — for example only during working hours, or not on weekends — so parking outside approved times isn't billed to the business.
- Vehicle restrictions — The admin can control which vehicles can park on the business account — for example only registered company or approved vehicles — so private or unauthorised cars can't be charged to the business.
- Multiple payment groups (invoicing per group) — Separate invoices per team, site or cost line, instead of one combined bill, so each department's parking can be tracked and billed on its own.
- Advanced data reporting (Data Insights) — Deeper reports and dashboards showing spend by user, site or period. And the ability to export CSVs.
- Mandatory expense notes — The admin can require a note on every session (not just allow one), so nothing goes un-tagged for expensing. (This is the enforced version of the Essential "session expense notes.")

What is Enterprise?

Target Audience: Large organizations and finance departments.
Primary Use Case: Advanced finance-grade automation, multi-department allocation, and system integration.

Mobility Card - Extended parking access via Mobility Card (one-off card setup fee still applies)
AutoStop - Automatic parking termination via AutoStop
- Cost center allocation — Tag parking spend to internal cost centers so finance can redistribute costs to the right department automatically.
- User reference IDs — Give each user a custom ID that matches the company's own systems, so parking data lines up with their internal records.
- SAP Concur integration — Parking expenses flow straight into SAP Concur, with no manual entry.
What add-on solutions are available?
AutoStop
Automatically ends a parking session when the vehicle leaves, so the customer only pays for the exact time parked and never overpays for a forgotten session.
Included in Enterprise; available as a paid add-on for Essential and Plus.
Mobility Card
A physical card that lets people park beyond the app — including off-street and garage parking across our European network — all on one business invoice. (A one-off card setup fee applies.)
