What's a Long-Term Parking Ticket?
In some specific parking areas, you are presented with the option to start a long term parking ticket. This is a way to pay for extended duration, like a full day parking, or a monthly parking.
You can purchase multiple long-term parking tickets in the app. If multiple tickets are bought for the same license plate, they're added to a queue and activate automatically after the preceding one expires.
Note: If a long-term parking is purchased for the same vehicle using a different account, it will start immediately. In this case, it will not be queued, and it cannot be canceled, even if another active long-term parking is already in place.
Do I Need a Special Permit to Park Long-Term?
Sometimes, yes. Some parking locations require a separate permit in addition to your EasyPark payment. Always check the parking signs at your location to see if a permit is necessary.
Who Gives Me This Permit?
EasyPark does not issue these permits. They are provided by the parking operator – the company or organization managing the specific parking area. They also establish the parking regulations. Therefore, if you need a permit or have questions about the rules, please contact the parking operator directly.
What is the refund policy?
At the time of purchase, it is clearly stated that parking tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds. If you believe you have made a double payment or a duplicate booking, please contact our customer support team and provide proof of the transaction. They will assist you further.
