Did you accidentally start your parking session for a different car than the one you actually parked?
If the parking session you started is a short-term parking, you’ll need to end the incorrect session immediately and start a new one with the correct vehicle. Please note that once a short-term parking session has started, it is no longer possible to change the vehicle.
If you have started a long-term parking session, you can change the vehicle under Ongoing Parkings in the app. If this option is not visible, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
